(20 December 2016) Dean's Prize awarded to our PhD candidate

On the occasion of the Day of the Faculty of Economics in Split and the end of the calendar year, the best teachers and students have been officially awarded. Awards and honours to the winners were presented by the Dean of the Faculty, prof. dr. Maja Fredotović. Our employee, doctoral candidate M. Sc. (Econ) Nina Antičić, was awarded for her outstanding achievement in the doctoral program.

(13 November 2016) Croatian and Italian Maritime industry chair in Brodarski institut

 A Steering Board meeting of Croatian Maritime Industry Competitiveness Cluster and Innovation Challenge meeting of partnering clusters - Italian Cluster Mare FVG and Croatian Maritime Industry Competitiveness Cluster was held in Brodarski institut today. Croatian and Italian R & D institutions and companies discussed the upcoming cross-border InterReg Croatia - Italy call and the specific projects that are under development and in preparation to submit to InterReg. A tour around the basins for testing ship models in Brodarski institut again raised a lot of interest. Participants expressed a great need for the participation of the Brodarski institut in research and development projects applying for funding to various funds of the European Union. The meeting brought together nearly forty participants from Croatia and Italy.


(28 October 2016) Brodarski Institute popularizing interest in ships and shipbuilding

This week in the Kindergarten Malešnica the educational programme on the topic of ship was held. For the realization of this programme Brodarski institut provided drawings and scale models of their designs. In this way the Institute supports the development of technical culture among the children of kindergarten age. Preschool teacher Lana Rogić Ribarić expressed great satisfaction with the interest of the children in the presented topic and their participation in the educational and playing activities.
